How it works
Tell us once. Raport does it for every patient.
Raport has to know what each patient needs before their next step. We learn it from your charts, and your team can change it any time.
First
Connect your EHR and we understand your workflow.
We read your patients' charts to learn how they move through your clinic.
Then
We break your workflow into stages. We call them statuses.
Each status is a stage patients pass through at your clinic, named the way your team talks. We put every patient in the status they're in today.
In each status
Each status gets its To-Dos. Change them any time.
The work to finish before a patient moves on, based on your workflow. Raport does what it can. To change it, type or say what's different.
Pre-op patients need an anesthesia questionnaire too.
From then on
A patient moves. Raport gets to work.
Move a patient to the next status without leaving your EHR. Raport sends the faxes and emails that status needs and builds its packets. The rest stays with your team.
Days later
Replies come back. Only what needs you is left.
Raport asks again when nobody answers and checks every reply. It closes what you let it close and leaves the rest to you.
Fair questions
How long does setup take?
On eClinicalWorks, we connect the same day. On Tebra and OpenEMR, we start once access is on, and we walk you through turning it on.
Do we need to write our process down first?
No. Tell us how it works today. We write it down.
We keep all of this in a spreadsheet.
Good. Send it over and we'll build your board from it.
Do we keep our fax number?
Yes. Raport gets its own number for replies, and every fax it receives is forwarded to your fax line.
Do we have to stop using our EHR?
No. Raport reads it. Your team keeps using it the way they do now.
How do we check Raport's work?
Raport keeps each patient's history: every status, who moved them and when, and every fax, email and reply on each To-Do. Every fact it pulls from the chart links to the page it came from.
Your team can keep explaining it to every new hire.
Or explain it to us once. Bring whoever knows where the paperwork goes.
If it's not a fit, we'll say so.
